Since our orders are shipped in international parcels, the parcels need to go through customs. We have recently had several batches of packages selected for manual inspection by customs, which can add up to three or four weeks to the delivery time. If you have paid an additional express fee for your order. and the delivery time for your order is well over 10 business days. Please contact us for a refund of the express fee once you have received your order.
If your order status is ‘Payment Completed’, and you no longer need your order, please visit the dashboard of your account, select Dashboard – Orders. And submit a refund request, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
