What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 7 days since delivery.
If 7 days have gone since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at [email protected] order number and the product you would like to return or exchange.
We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and have the original packaging, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by you.

When will I be refunded for my return?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.
Late or missing refund?
If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account. If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to before it correctly reflects on your statement.

We will process the order in about two working days, the days data in the “Free Shipping(7-14 Working Days*)” and “Express(3-5 Working Days*)” are only the an estimate based on the experience of the carrier and they are not a guarantee for delivery times. Most of the delivery times are within this range. Since express carriers are third-party companies, we do not guarantee specific delivery times, which may be delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics etc. We are not responsible for delays in delivery and do not accept refund requests for express shipping fee.
