What is your return policy?


Our return policy lasts 7 days since delivery.

If 7 days have gone since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot issue a no reason refund or exchange.


If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at order number and the product you would like to return or exchange.

We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received. 

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and have the original packaging, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by you.


Express Fee

If you choose the Express method when you placed the order, the express fee is not refundable.


What is your cancellation policy?

You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped 


How to process an exchange?

Two ways to make the device exchange

1. Please send the old device back. We will send you a new device when we receive the old one.

2. Place a new order and we will send the device for the new order normally. When we receive the old device, we will process the refund for it.


When will I be refunded for my return?

Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.


Late or missing refund?

If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account. If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to before it correctly reflects on your statement.

Details about the shipping time

We will process the order in about two working days, the days data in the “Free Shipping(10-30 Working Days*)” and “Express(5-9 Working Days*)” are only the an estimate based on the experience of the carrier and they are not a guarantee for delivery time. Most of the delivery time are within this range. Since express carriers are third-party companies, we do not guarantee specific delivery time, which may be delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics etc. We are not responsible for delays in delivery and do not accept refund requests for express shipping fee.
